Creatine increases ATP, or energy resynthesis in the muscle. It helps with strength, stamina, endurance, and muscle cell volumization. It is a supplement that can be taken as a stand alone product or in a combination with other items to aid in muscle repair, reduce muscle fatigue during a work out and helping with muscle hydration.
